Andover Has Been Rebuilt Twice Since 1991

On its way northeast it damaged or destroyed nine major facilities at McConnell Air Force Base, $62 million worth in 1991 dollars, and put four fatalities in the Greenwich Heights and Springdale areas of Wichita before it reached Butler County.
